Zoe Rochelle, Registered Nurse, Dip HE, CIPD Associate, MIfL – Angel Homecarings Registered Provider and Manager – Zoe is a Registered Nurse and Tutor with over 20 years experience, who has worked in the NHS and Public Sector in a wide range of Health and Social Care settings assiting young people, adults, the elderly whilst in hospital and through to rehabilitation. Zoe is experienced in delivering community care and assisting individuals with diagnosed mental health problems as well as individuals with diagnosed learning difficulties. Zoe and the team feel passionately about helping those in our community who may be deemed vulnerable or simply need a little extra help and support to lead the life we all take for granted, she feels strongly that everyone irrespective of background, age, religion or heritage should be able to access excellent care regardless, hence how Angel Homecaring came to be. Zoe fills her time by ensuring that her team meet the needs of all individuals who receive our services ensuring the best possible standard of care is delivered at the time they would like and in the way they would like it. Zoe is married, has three dogs and a cat and lives in Staffordshire.
Sue Harrell – Acting Registered Manager, NVQ Qualified and specialist trained, Train the Trainer – Sue has been with Angel Homecaring since February 2008. Sue has worked extremely hard through the ranks to her current position and has held a number of supervisory positions previously. Prior to working at Angel Homecaring Sue has always been a carer within her community. Sue and her team are responsible for ensuring all those who access our services receive the care they want at the time they want, in the way they want their care/support delivered. Sue and our team are dedicated to ensuring everyone receives their scheduled visits every day and ensures all those who wish to receive a personalised schedule with the times and names of their Health Care Workers receives this each week. Sue is married and has a Daughter and also a pet dog and lives in Staffordshire.
Dorothy Clowes, MIfl – Training and Monitoring Lead – Dorothy is a Registered Manager, Train the Trainer, NVQ Assessor and specialist trainer in a number of Health and Social Care subjects. Dorothy has worked in a number of Social Care settings for the past 30 years and has a particular passion for assisting individuals with learning difficulties and our elderly. Dorothy met Zoe over four years ago when Angel Homecaring was in its infancy. Dorothy has worked hard to assit Zoe with CQC Registration and subsequent Inspections and continues to monitor the quality standards here at Angel Homecaring. Dorothy is also the Lead Signatory for our own CRB Company, Angel CRB. This ensures all our Staff are recruited and Criminal Records checked prior to working for Angel Homecaring thus maintaining the safety of the Individuals who access our Services. Dorothy also supports her local community and is a Deakin for her local Church. Dorothy is married and has a Daughter and lives in Staffordshire.
Eddie and Kay Lindley BA (Hons) F.C.C.A
– Accounts/Payroll – Both Eddie and Kay are experienced Chartered, Certified accountants who have many years experience. Both Eddie and Kay assist in ensuring the finances of the business run smoothly.
Clare Rogers – Management Support Lead, NVQ Trained, CIPD – Clare joined Angel Homecaring in March 2008 and has worked hard through the ranks to achieve her current position. Clare has worked in business and marketing for many years and has been essential in the development of our service provision. Clare is responsible for the smooth running of the office, Payroll, aspects of invoicing and assisting Zoe with Human Resources Issues and the expansion of our sister companies Angel Training Academy and Angel CRB. Clare also assists with recruitment and retention and general customer care from referral to assisting our Service Users with their own personal budgets. Clare is married, has a pet dog and lives in Staffordshire.
Gaynor Robinson – Compliance Lead-NVQ and specialist trained, Gaynor joined the team in August 2009. Gaynor has a vast career of working with the public in various customer care and marketing positions and has experience in business and service development. Gaynor primarily assists our Operations Lead in completing staff rotas to ensure all those accessing our services receive all their visits. Gaynor also allocates and covers shifts when needed and assists with 1st on call duties out of hours. Gaynor also has an active role within the community visiting service users completing monthly reviews whilst spot checking staff to ensure Angel Homecaring continues to provide an excellent service. Gaynor also assists Zoe with marketing for the business and actively participates in recruitment opportunities. Gaynor is working towards her nursing qualifications currently in her spare time and is married, has four children and lives in Staffordshire.
Catherine Ruston – Receptionist – Angel CRB/Angel Homecaring, Cath has many years experience working in both the public and private sector front of house, reception and administration. Cath first met Zoe whilst working within the NHS 12 years ago. Cath has an active role within Angel CRB tending to new and existing enquiries. Cath is married and has two children and lives in Staffordshire.
Anna Curry – Service Development – BSc (Hons) Management and Business Computing. Anna joined the company with an informed knowledge of business and marketing and has experience in many lines of industry from security to hospitality. Anna is currently working towards her Post Graduate Certificate in Greening Business at Keele University. Recently Anna carried out a carbon footprint and sustainability case study for S.C.C Highways Agency and wishes to use her best practice findings to enable Angel Homecaring and sister companies to reduce our carbon footprint and “green” the business. Zoe and Anna are working together to drive the company forward and ensure everybody has the opportunity to receive the highest standard of service delivery whilst pioneering best practices in the care sector. Anna is engaged and has a pet dog.
