Angel Homecaring is owned and managed by Zoe Rochelle. Zoe is a Registered Nurse/Dip He, with over 20 years experience of caring for people of all ages and managing staff within a wide variety of specialities; including providing packages of care for individuals within their own homes within the community and following hospitalisation. Zoe is also a City and Guilds trained further education Tutor specialising in Health and Social Care topics with a number of years teaching experience within the community and other health care settings including mental health, general nursing and learning difficulties. She is also a qualified in Human Resources and Complimentary Therapy. Zoe has also held a number of quality standard roles within the NHS and the private sector and has planned and set up new services from the beginning in both.
In light of government cut backs including the closure of care homes around the regions over the last few years, Zoe felt passionate that she must assist the local community in ensuring good quality services were still available to safeguard individuals living at home who may be vulnerable or need a little help or support.
Having nursed and managed for many years, Zoe and her team at Angel Homecaring understands the importance of ensuring that individuals receive the best quality of care for loved ones and those we hold dear.
Since 2007 Zoe and her team have been and continue to be committed to all those individuals that access our services ensuring that they are treated fairly with dignity and the utmost respect. We are also dedicated in ensuring individuals receive all their allocated visits with regular Health Care Workers attending their homes.
At Angel Homecaring, we provide a tailor made package of care for individuals within their own home in Staffordshire and the Midlands. We specialise in the needs of the elderly (65+) and adults (18+) who are experiencing;
dementia , mental health issues, physical disabilities or long term illness, as well as sensory disability and learning difficulties. We also offer support for anybody including; companionship, help with domestic duties, night sits, shopping, social outings and even 24 hour care within your own home. Our service is also suitable for those requiring rehabilitation following an operation. We also take pride in enabling individuals to stay within their own homes whilst receiving pallitive care during this very precious time of life.
Since 2007, we have grown steadily and have built on our reputation through recommendations for delivering a high quality standard of care which is flexible enough to adapt to our clients’ changing circumstances and are proud to be recognised for our hard work, commitment and dedication to those we serve and therefore have been awarded a three star *** Excellent rating from CQC (Care Quality Commission) and are one of Staffordshire County Councils choice providers for Domiciliary care. .
As our team of carers and support staff have expanded we are pleased to be able to offer continuity of care and specialised training through our own Angel Training Academy. All staff are carefully recruited for their caring skills and abilities to help others. All staff are fully CRB checked through our own CRB Umbrella Company ‘Angel CRB’ and do not start work with us until they are cleared and deemed safe to work within a care setting.
A member of our management team is always available for individuals and staff to contact for advice or support any time of the day and are always happy to help.
